We guarantee that hotel bookings made through Discount Hotels are at the lowest internet rates you will find. If you do find a better rate online, we offer the following money-back guarantee:
For Prepaid bookings:
We will refund you the full price difference between our price and the lower price you have found.
For Deposit Bookings (where you pay a 10% deposit):
We will refund the complete deposit for your booking.
Conditions
- The lower rate must be available online for the same hotel, dates and room-type.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of booking your hotel by filling out the online claim form.
